The founder, Haemin Kim, had a long path of career in the U.A.E. and found out the exciting, high potential opportunity of the cosmetic industry in the Middle East with rapid growth of the cosmetic industry in the region.

In spite of the international popularity of Korean skin care products, Haemin found out that there are not many color cosmetic brands from Korea in the Middle East region and most of the color cosmetic products in the Middle East are dominated by luxury European brands.

Moreover, the majority of the color cosmetic products from Korea are not matching the Middle East region needs in terms of local women’s skin tones, make up style, and lifestyle and culture. #DillyDilly have worked and improved on this issue and finally introduced its products here, Dubai U.A.E.

With intensive product R&D for a long period, #DillyDilly has introduced the first lip gloss product line of the DillyDilly Love Velvet.
